Are your products made to order?
Yes! Each item is made to order just for you, so we don’t keep large amounts of stock. We are a small home-run business, so we unfortunately do not have the space to store stock - but we hope to in the future!
How long will my order take?
Because your item is made to order, please allow some processing time (5-14 business days) before it is shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Where do your items ship from?
Most of our items are fulfilled and shipped from China, whereas some of our other products are shipped from Germany, The US, and other parts of Europe.
Do I have to pay custom fees?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country and local regulations.
These charges are not included in your Pastel Puddles order total and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount as fees vary by country and order value.
If you’re unsure whether additional charges may apply to your order, we recommend checking your country’s customs or tax authority before placing your order! ♡
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, orders are sent in a plain white or otherwise solid colour polymailer!
What will my bank statement look like?
When you place an order, your bank statement will simply show “SH- P.P.” This is to ensure the comfort and privacy of our customers!
Who is Pastel Puddles for?
Pastel Puddles is primarily aimed towards adults in the ageplay & littlespace community. However, if you’re an adult who’s simply just a fan of cute, simple, cozy designs, that’s okay too! ♡

Can I return or exchange my order?
As our products are made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please check our full return policy before ordering and make sure you select the correct size.
How do I choose my size?
Please check the size chart provided on each product listing before ordering. If you’re between sizes, feel free to contact us for help choosing.
Will my item look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to represent every design accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished product.
Do you offer custom designs?
Unfortunately we do not offer custom designs or apparel at the moment.
Do you work with artists on your designs?
Yes! At Pastel Puddles, we support independent, human artists and designers. All of our designs have either been purchased with a commercial license, or commissioned from an artist to use on our products. We do not support AI generated artwork or designs. That said, we aim to work with more independent artists in the ABDL community in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled!
